TLC Creative Special Effects was founded by events expert, Kevin Bilida, who believes in providing creative, reliable special effects entertainment. The Los Angeles, California based company offers award-winning laser light show services and all manner of special effects, pyrotechnics, confetti, and other show technologies, as well as exciting VIP services. Our commitment doesn't stop at the office.
