Amber's Showcase, which features the diapercake, started about 4 years ago. Friends and family advised that It was time to turn my "hobby" into a "business." Upon taking their advice, the rest is history! I have been making disposable diapercakes since the early 1990's. They were "specially handmade" as a gift for friends who were expecting a bundle of joy within a short time. Everyone loved the idea. The original idea of the diapercake, sadly to say, was not mines. I just improved on the appearance and style of the original diapercake as the years went by.
Amber's Diapercakes are a delight at every shower, and the baby can use every ingredient that is put into the cake. Oh yes, I also include an item or two for mom (smile).
The diapercakes come in 4 sizes:
cupcake - $25.00; sheet cake - $35.00; supreme $50.00 and tower $75.00 (tax is included). The stuffed animal topping is inter-changable. Shipping and handling is x-tra. Please allow 2-3 wks delivery. When placing an order, please give gender of baby-to-be and at least one-weeks notice. Payment can be made through Paypal. Please call regarding other forms of payment.
