Ongoing sessions. Classes are held once a week for six-week sessions.
Aphrodite is a blend of ones senses. Your Kinesthetic, Auditory & Tactile.
Aphrodite is about truthfully responding, with your whole body, to the music being played.
Aphrodite is about letting yourself be free. Free to explore yourself and your emotional life. Free to move as sexy as you want with no judgments and no apologies. Free to play dress up. Free to play on the pole as if you were back in the sixth grade doing cherry drops off of the horizontal pole during recess with not a care in the world.
The freedom to feel. The freedom to be. That's it.

In my class, I teach you to slow down! We're so used to rushing around with our daily lives, that it's harder than you would think, to move so slowly. I want you to feel like you are putting someone in a trance as you curve to the music. The class gets you in touch with your inner libidinous you, motivates you in other areas of life and gives you a little secret that you can share or NOT share with friends and loved ones. It’s strenuous, but very energizing, so come in ready to play!

Wear comfortable workout clothes. You will, however, be barefoot. Bring a towel and plenty of water.

Please DO NOT put any lotion on before coming to class. It greases up the poles and makes them very slippery. There is no nudity in the class, and we'll talk about "playing dress-up" on the first day of class.
