Aromatic Steam Treatment -Under the steam canopy the body temperature rises, the heat and moisture purifies. Your neck, head and face are kept outside the canopy and kept cool with cold compresses , while your eyes rest comfortably with Chamomile Tea Bags placed over them. The wonderful therapeutic effects are described in more detail in our separate brochure, in addition to any Contraindications.

Herbal Wrap- you will be cocooned in herbal infused fleece sheet that has been soaked in an infusion of herbs, wrapped around the body and is kept warm by special heat retentive blanketing. This gentle warming effect increases the penetration of the herbs to draw out impurities and relax your musculature.

A deep, detoxification warm wax painting, that releases muscle tension, decreases joint stiffness, increases circulation and hydrates the skin. Detoxification results in lymphatic and circulatory stimulation to assist the body in draining toxins and impurities. Detoxification treatments are often used for fatigue, muscle tension, insomnia, headaches, etc. And, it feels absolutely wonderful!
