During childhood, Michelle can recall watching her Gramma Mary cook and bake everything from scratch, whether it was tortillas, bread, ice cream or even root beer! Michelle's Mom also baked the best homemade cheesecake around. Michelle holds on to those memories and feels that is what makes baking meaningful to her. After urging from family and friends, Michelle decided to start sharing her baked creations with others.
