It's a Gas

It's A Gas is a mobile balloon and helium supply company that has been servicing clients for 10 years.
We believe that real customer service means that you, the client, should never have to worry about anything (traffic, running out of supplies at the last minute and not being able to find an open store, lifting and carrying supplies and equipment, payment issues, phone call ordering, orders arriving late).
That's why we have set forth the following promises, and if we are ever so bad as to break any of these promises, we will be honest with you or there will be a darn good reason).

PROMISE #1- We will be there on time.

PROMISE #2- We will check on you either in a weekly/biweekly service check that we provide for FREE or by phone.

PROMISE #3- We will deliver products and decor to your location and set up products and services for you.

PROMISE #4- We are available Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and by appointment only.

PROMISE #5- When you call in the morning to place an order, we can usually be there by the afternoon, but always call one day before order is needed. Route is first call, first serve. Out-of-State customers need to call 3 days in advance.

PROMISE #6- We will work with your budget.

PROMISE #7- In an emergency (when you run out), we will go to great lengths to get you the supplies you need.

PROMISE #8- We will show you how to properly operate equipment and give you tips for a successful event.
