Suspira is the artistic director and choreographer for Orlando Dance Theatre, as well as the owner of the Orlando Bellydance schools. As an artist, she has studied countless dance forms since the age of 5. With a strong background in Classical Ballet, Jazz and Modern Dance, Suspira began teaching these dance forms at age 15, and was choreographing professionally by the early age of 12 years. Continuing her studies as a dance major in college, Suspira became captivated by the dances of the Middle East, and later could not resist claiming it as her life's work. As a professional belly dancer, Suspira has performed for the Prince of Morocco, the former President of Turkey, Saudi Arabian Royalty and many celebrities.
