Bon Mélange Catering was established by Chef, Whitney Flood and his Wife and business partner Julie Retzlaff. Our company is unique in that our goal is to ignite our clients with eclectic food that will tantalize as well as provoke the palate. We strive to create the perfect textures, fragrant aromas, and long lasting flavors in each and every dish. Our combination of experience, uncompromising detail, and a true love for fresh, delicious food is sure to satisfy.

When developing the menu for our client we gather the most fresh, seasonal, quality ingredients. We spend days on the sauces, and hours perfecting each dish, touching on every detail.
