Introducing We're Cookin' Now!, the personal chef service that takes the stress and anxiety out of your party planning, and adds fun and enjoyment to any event! With We're Cookin' Now!, you and your guests are able to interact and enjoy an extraordinary party experience.

How does it work? Well, just let We're Cookin' Now! take care of all the grocery shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning! You and your guests can even take advantage of interactive cooking lessons along with our chef.

Join in with Chef Mark as he takes you through the various courses of the meal. He will teach you about timing, completing multiple tasks at once, following recipes, and why and how ingredients interact. You will also learn many cooking techniques that will enable you to create some wonderful dishes of your own.

Chef Mark has been involved in the hospitality/food preparation industry since 1987, when he began working for the Somerset Hills Country Club in Bernardsville, NJ. It was at Somerset Hills, as well as the Mountain Lakes Country Club, that he first learned how to prepare and serve food for a' la carte and banquet functions.
