We all have our favorite memories of home. For me, it’s being greeted at the door by my mom. She’d welcome me with a knowing smile while wonderful aromas of whatever was cooking would fill my senses and virtually carry me into the kitchen.

We’d all sit at the table as a family, my mother doing the spooning and ladling… then watching our reactions as we swooned with every bite. We’d talk. We’d eat. We’d eat. We’d talk. Life was good.

Today it may all sound a bit old-fashioned. But my guess is that most of us long for those days. When we would take time to sit around the table and talk as a family. And feel the kind of warmth and care that only a delicious, home-cooked meal can convey. As your Personal Chef, this is what I wish to bring back…to you.
