Desiree Chocolates
The Chocolate Dipping Station is an upscale version of a traditional sweet table, but with a slightly different twist. Desiree provides a beautiful and interesting live presentation and prides herself on having a professional service and a product that is unique, aesthetically appealing and, of course, delicious! All Desiree’s creations are made using only the finest quality ingredients and premium Belgian chocolate.
The chocolate dipped confections your guests will be enjoying are guaranteed to be the freshest, made only moments before they will eat them. The process of dipping the chocolates and decorating them not only serves as dessert, but becomes part of the entertainment as well. The visual element of the dipping station cannot be matched by a simple pre-made sweet table. Simply, this is how it works... Desiree brings chocolate tempering machines to your event and fills them with milk, white or dark chocolate. Once the chocolate is tempered, a variety of fresh fruits, cookies, pretzels, Oreos, marshmallows, toffee, truffles, etc. are dipped into the chocolate and then decorated with nuts, sprinkles and various chocolate designs and/or names. Being a pastry chef at heart, Desiree also creates an array of her own gourmet desserts, cakes and cookies to complement the dipping station.
