I have clowned in almost every imaginable setting: birthday parties, parades, block parties, company and church picnics, school and library shows, charity and fundraising events, and restaurants. I do walk-around clowning, face-painting, balloons, storytelling for young children, ventriloquism, puppeteering, and clown magic. (My act is appropriate for all ages, and I have entertained in nursing homes and some other places where the audience did not include children.)

I love entertaining children of all ages and backgrounds. I have performed for children who did not speak English, for groups of hundreds of children, for children of all different ages, and for children with special needs. I customize my show to YOU and your event and audience. For example, at birthday parties, your child is the star of the show, working as Patti Cake’s assistant (don’t worry, Patti Cake can accommodate several assistants – siblings, best friends), magically creating a birthday cake, and receiving the special attention every child deserves on his or her birthday.

Patti Cake works well solo at events and with other clowns. I also clown around with Flapjack, if you are looking for a second clown at your function.
