Joe and Lefty - Spray Can Art

WHERE DO THEY WORK? Joe and Lefty are resident artists at Cafe Tu Tu Tango on International Drive, Orlando, Fl. They are also available for corporate events, festivals, art shows, and theme parks. college events, private parties and large scale special events. Joe & Lefty began their college tour in the APCA & NACA markets in September of ****. In **** they painted for Kraft at Donald Trump's Mara Largo Estates. Six Flags Houston, TX. hosted Joe & Lefty for their grand reopening. In the summer they returned to NYC.

WHO ARE JOE AND LEFTY? Joe Watson is an accomplished New York street artist. On May **, ****, Joe was struck by lightning on his apartment building rooftop. During his recovery, he taught himself to paint. He started practicing in Central Park and Time Square and soon found that he was drawing large crowds and selling hundreds of paintings. In February ****, Joe moved to Florida and continued to pursue his career. There he met Lindsay, a.k.a Lefty, also an artist, who quickly learned spray can art and developed her own unique style.

What is SPRAY CAN ART? The art form started in Mexico City during the ****'s and has spread around the globe. There are several names for the technique including: Scratch Art, Spray Can Art. Each painting is done on Bristle board with spray paint. The artist uses plastic bags, paper, lids, tops, or caps,, and a putty knife to manipulate the paint. Each piece takes anywhere from * to ** minutes depending on complexity and size.

WHAT DO THEY DO?

The artists paint two *x* paintings every * to * minutes for guests.

The new "Big**Show" offers two**x** sized pieces every * to ** minutes for smaller parties.
A list of choices are provided such as:

Ocean Views - day, night, or sunset, w/ palm trees, islands, cave or cavern views or underwater views.

City Scapes - day, night, or space.

Nature Scapes - day, night, or sunset, woods, waterfalls, caverns, canyons or mountains. Winter, spring, or fall.

Space Scapes - solar systems, imaginary landscapes.
