Mark Richman is known as the “Big Band Sound of St. Louis.” He is just as comfortable with his Sinatra-like version of “New York, New York” as he is with his own original ballad, “Do You Remember What Love Is?”.
Many people have compared his natural, God given singing ability and very unique phrasing to that of “Old Blue Eyes” himself. His new CD is being played on many radio stations throughout the country, and was recently heard WORLDWIDE on ”Coast to Coast AM Radio” from Los Angeles! One night after wowing an audience with his rendition of “New York, New York” at a local Karaoke lounge, The D-J said...”Ladies and Gentlemen, Old Blue Eyes is alive and well, and living in this man’s body!”
Mark has quite a musical background and history; his singing career began when he recorded “Slow Boat to China” on his grandfather's home recorder at the age of *. A former accordion and self taught piano player, Mark has performed on cruise ships and in restaurant piano bars. He also has sung our National Anthem at several professional sporting events in St.Louis. Mark was the featured act at the Grand Opening of The Casino Queen in East St. Louis.
