Royal Design is owned and operated by Dorcas Brazile. Dorcas has always felt passionate about decorating as well as providing service to her community. This led to the transition from a Social Work background to owning and operating Royal Design. Graduation from Ritzee's Floral Design has enabled me to provide all inclusive services on a large scale.
