Cydni Penn graduated From Clark Atlanta University in **** with a Bachelors degree in Fashion buying Merchandising and Design. During her time in college she was called on to decorate for pagents, fashion shows and theater projects. She learned that she had a passion for creating one of a kind decoration to add that extra special glam to her projects. From this passion for decorating Cydni Charise Creations was born in ****.

While attending many weddings, showers, and birthday parties; Cydni noticed that many people decorated with very traditional things such as balloons and crate paper. She decided that her goal would be to transform every room that she did into a dream. Cydni's passion is to take clients ideas and bring them to another level that the client never thought they could achieve, but also keep an very reasonable budget so that all the money is not blown on decorations. CCC feels that your event should feel and look like you broke the bank, but the money you saved will be our secret!
