Julie Morgan has been a professional make-up and hair artist for over 25 years. She is a licensed cosmotologist and specializes in print, television, fashion and weddings. She carries with her an extensive portfolio with such clients as Melissa Ethridge , Phil Jackson, as well as top models and actors as seen on her website http://www.photomakeupartist.com. Julie has been teaching photography make-up for 15 years at Brooks institute, a world renown photography school in Santa Barbara.
