How do I order?
Our shopping cart function is currently undergoing maintenance. You can either select one item at a time and pay for each separate transaction OR you can send us an email of your order and we'll process with one order.
When ordering a gown, please either send us an email with your size, color and style of gown or include the information in the Paypal notes. We will verify all orders with an email invoice so all details can be doublechecked before we process the order.
Do you have a store location?
At this time, we do not. Because we don't have the overhead cost of a typical bridal salon, we can price our dresses at much less. However, we encourage you to come out and meet us at an upcoming open house or event! Visit Contact Us for more information.
What is your return policy?
If there is a manufacturing error or the dress is damaged in any way, we will replace the dress. We do not offer refunds, because each gown is custom ordered per your measurements. Each of our gowns is inspected thoroughly before shipping out.
Do you take custom order requests?
Yes. Contact us for a quote or send us a photo of the dress you are looking for and we'll be glad to help!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for ground delivery in the United States. Other locations, please contact us and we'll provide a quote!
