Where are you located?

I am located in Madison, Wisconsin . You can reach me via E-mail at personally*u@tds.net or by giving me a call at (***) ***-**** between the hours of *:**am-*pm Monday – Friday and *:**am – *:** Saturday – Sunday (central time). If I am unavailable, please be sure to leave a message and I will return your call as quickly as possible. If you live in the Madison area, I look forward to setting up a no obligation appointment with you so that you have the chance to view the Invitation Albums in a comfortable setting and be able to answer any questions you may have.

Do you design any Invitations?

Unfortunately, I do not design any Invitations myself, however with the ****'s of designs that are available through the companies I work with, we should be able to find exactly what you are looking for. Keep in mind, that wording, ink color and type style can be changed on any Invitation that you see, but the color of the design itself on the Invitation will be as you see it.

What happens if my order arrives with an error?

Any item that is printed incorrectly will be replaced at no charge if the error was made by the printing company or by me. If your order matches a proof that was sent to you and approved by you, I will split the cost of reprinting with you. (your discount will not apply to reprinted orders) Be extra careful when placing your order and I too will make sure that I double check everything before it is sent to the company. If I have any questions - you will be notified immediately .

How is my order paid for?

I accept Mastercard, Visa, Personal Check, Money Order, or a Cashiers Check. If you are mailing your payment, I will need to wait to process your order till I receive that payment, unless other arrangements have been made. If you are paying by Credit Card, please be assured that your information will be protected.

What is the general turn around time for orders?

Once I have received your order and processed it on my end (within ** hours or less), it will be submitted to the printing company. Most orders are shipped within *-* business days if you do not require a Black & White Proof, however if you do require a proof which I highly recommend your order will ship within *-* business days one your final Black & White Proof has been approved and submitted. Be sure to leave an extra **-** hours for weekends and Holidays. Standard Ground UPS is used for most deliveries. If you need your order quicker, you do have the option of choosing *nd Day or Overnight UPS for an additional charge. I keep track of all orders and will let you know via phone or e-mail as soon as your order has shipped and when to expect delivery.

What if I have a certain budget I have to stick with?

Let me know - if I haven't already asked you, what kind of budget you have set for yourself and that is the budget I will work within. My standard discounts are **% off on Invitations, Announcements and Stationery items and **% off all Accessory items such as napkins, place cards etc. The more information I have to work with the better quote I can give you. When looking at the prices on the Web Site, the discount will be calculated at the end, unless otherwise stated. If you aren't sure and want an accurate quote, plese feel free to contact me or use the Request A Quote Form on my Web Site We'll work together to meet your needs - not mine!!!!

What if I have trouble with how to word my Invitation or Announcement?

If you aren't sure of the wording or you're looking for something a little different check out Verseit.com to get plenty of ideas, or again, feel free to give me a call and we can discuss it. Sometimes, just talking it out helps. That's what I'm here for.

What if I just don't know where to start?

Begin by writing down some ideas from other Weddings or Events that you've been to. What did you like? What didn't you like? What are your tastes? What is your color scheme going to be? What kind of budget have you set for yourself? If you haven't, we can work on that. Then begin browsing through the Web Site at the different Invitations and Announcements available. With Regency, you can put ones that you like into a Favorite Category to pull up later. With the other companies, write down the company name, design number and design name if one is given. If you'd like samples of these sent, let me know and I'll take care if it right away.
