COMPLETE WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES
Some couples choose to put the complete planning and coordination of their wedding, from start to finish, into the hands of a professional wedding planner. We at It's Your Celebration will provide:
An initial Consultation with the bride and groom Ongoing consultation and advice as required Preparing a budget Preparing a schedule/timeline and checklists Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues Assisting with selecting and booking an officiant for the wedding Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding Assisting with the design, printing and mailing out of the invitations Tracking R.S.V.P.s and who will be attending Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors (baker, caterer, florist, photographer, printer, videographer, musicians, etc.) Reviewing vendors' contracts and coordinating with vendors Providing information to obtain a marriage license Ceremony planning Preparing itineraries, seating list, name plates Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to two hours) Instructing attendants about their duties Directing the processionals, recessionals and receiving line Reception planning Coordinating the collection of gifts received on the wedding day Wedding day coordination (up to ** hours) Providing a stress-free day for the bride and groom
PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES
Some couples want to plan their own weddings, but don't have the time to do comparison shopping to check out all of the services and prices of the various vendors they will require for their wedding. It's Your Celebration can save you a lot of valuable time and money by providing you with vendors who offer exceptional service at reasonable prices. This package offers:
Consultation with bride and groom Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors (baker, caterer, florist, photographer, printer, videographer, musicians, etc.) Negotiating with vendors Reviewing vendor's contracts Scheduling appointments with vendors for clients to meet with them (where necessary) Coordinating with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner Coordinating the payment of final fees to vendors (if requested by client) Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors' services/products
REHEARSAL AND WEDDING DAY SERVICES ONLY
Some couples prefer to plan the majority of their wedding: however, they wish to have an outside professional direct everyone at the rehearsal and supervise and oversee everything on the wedding day to ensure that everything runs smoothly. It's Your Celebration will provide the following services:
Consultation with bride and groom to find out information about your wedding and determine how you wish the wedding to flow Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary Attendance and direction at the rehearsal (up to two hours) Checking with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day Attending, overseeing, and directing the ceremony and reception (up to ** hours)
